THE CIS: THE FIRST STAGE OF STRATEGIC ANALYSIS
In the analysis of teachers Arthur Thompson and AJ Strickland, analysis of the Competitive Industry first stage of strategic analysis. However, authors such as Fred Davis and Jean Paul Sallenave have a different approach. Davis, for example, calls this analysis "external audit", probably a bad translation of "audit of the external sector," while Jean Paul Sallenave group prefers external analysis or analysis of the SIC with the analysis of the company in a planning process that integrates 10-step. In the video we insert here, we meet Jean Paul Sallenave and listen as he focuses on strategic planning. Note here that the approach implicitly underlies Sallenave previous strategic analysis. This is the first part of a brilliant exposition that the author pronounces Incolda and Higher Education Center Administration of Colombia.
