ANALYSIS OF THE COMPANY AS PART
STRATEGIC ANALYSIS
The situation of the company is the second component of strategic analysis. As discussed in the slides that we have inserted in this post, this analysis is based on five questions. In this session we address only the first two questions. Emphasize the importance of properly assessing the current strategy in the company and also do a good analysis SWOT in this part of strategic analysis.
